Welcome to Elara by Ateler. By purchasing products from our store or through our online platforms, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return / Exchange

Goods once sold or purchased under offers, discounts, or promotional schemes will not be taken back or exchanged.

2. Check Before Leaving (For Shop Purchases)

Customers are requested to verify Jewellery Sizes, Cosmetic Shades, product condition, and any visible damages before leaving the store counter. No claims will be entertained thereafter.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement (For Online Orders)

For all online purchases, a continuous and unedited unboxing video recorded from the opening of the parcel until the contents are fully displayed is mandatory for claims related to damages, missing items, or incorrect deliveries.

4. Color Variation & Order Cancellation

Minor color variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, or display brightness. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.

5. Wrong Address / RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.

6. Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Cosmetics, Hair Accessories, and Ornaments are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Colour Warranty

Imitation Jewellery products are covered by a 6-month colour warranty. Free servicing will be provided within the warranty period. Servicing after 6 months will be chargeable. A valid bill or warranty card is mandatory to avail warranty services.

8. Anti-Tarnish Care Instructions

To maintain product quality and prevent fading, avoid direct contact with perfumes, soaps, chemicals, soap water, and hard or chemically treated water, including borewell water, salt water, and swimming pool water.

9. Skin Allergy Disclaimer

Allergic reactions may vary depending on individual skin types and sensitivities. Elara by Ateler shall not be held responsible for any skin irritation or allergic reaction caused by the use of cosmetics, jewellery, or related products.

10. Payment Policy

We accept Cash and UPI payments only. No credit facility is available.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of purchases or transactions shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.
